The rotation direction of the dewatering screen vibrator plays a crucial role in mining dewatering screens. Usually, the dehydration screen adopts dual motor driven self synchronization technology, which generates excitation force through the synchronous reverse rotation of the vibrator to achieve the reciprocating linear motion of the screen box. This design is mainly used for dehydration, desliming, debonding and other operations, and is suitable for sand and gravel plants, coal preparation plants, coal slurry recovery and beneficiation plants, and tailings dry discharge and other occasions.
The influence of vibrator rotation direction on the performance of dewatering screen
Synchronous reverse rotation: The synchronous reverse rotation of the vibrator can generate effective excitation force, ensuring the reciprocating linear motion of the screening box, thereby improving screening efficiency and processing capacity.
Avoid co rotation: If the vibrator rotates in the same direction, it will not be able to form effective reciprocating motion, resulting in poor screening effect and even possible damage to the equipment.
Rotation direction of motors for different types of vibrating screens
Rotary vibrating screen: a vertical vibrating motor with a heavy hammer rotating counterclockwise.
Linear sieve: Two vibrating motors rotate in reverse to ensure that the material is pushed forward in a straight line.
Swing screen: driven by a regular vertical three-phase motor, the screen body rotates counterclockwise.
Ultrasonic vibrating screen: The direction of rotation is the same as that of the rotary vibrating screen.
Airflow sieve: The rotation direction of the horizontal airflow sieve is consistent with the direction of the spiral conveyor, and the rotation direction of the vertical airflow sieve is consistent with the rotation direction of the impeller.
