Product Introduction
Circular swing screen is a low-frequency vibrating screen that simulates manual shaking. The material undergoes nonlinear three-dimensional motion on the screen surface, including both circular motion and upward arc motion. The screening accuracy is as high as 90-99%, and the screening output is 5-10 times that of ordinary vibrating screens. It can achieve 6-level classification and is suitable for materials with a mesh size of 500, including spherical, cylindrical, sheet-like, and even irregular shapes that are prone to clogging and require precision screening. Widely used in industries such as food, spices, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, building materials, plastics, mineral processing, metallurgy, ceramics, fertilizers, abrasives, papermaking, nanomaterials, rubber, feed, fertilizers, sugar and salt industries.

YBS swing screen is a low-frequency rotary vibrating screen that simulates manual shaking. It combines the circular motion of a flat screen with the upward throwing motion of a sieve to form a nonlinear three-dimensional rolling motion, which evenly disperses the material from the center to the outer edge on the screening surface. That is, the material disperses from the center in a gradually opening spiral motion to complete the screening operation. This motion trajectory allows the material to travel a relatively long path on a relatively small screen surface, thereby improving screening accuracy and efficiency. When combined with a cleaning device, it can achieve a more ideal screening effect, making the equipment suitable for materials with circular, cylindrical, sheet-like, and irregular shapes that are prone to clogging and require fine screening.
Product Structure
The circular swing screen consists of an inlet/outlet, observation port, dust cover, screen frame, tie ring, spring, machine base, ordinary motor, swing spindle, V-belt, control switch, etc.
Three types of cleaning devices are available for selection:
Bouncing ball cleaning net (suitable for particles with a mesh size of ≥ 60-80) Ultrasonic cleaning net (suitable for various fine powders and materials that are prone to static electricity)
The rotary brush device (suitable for slurry filtration) can effectively solve the problem of mesh blockage
