Product Introduction
Inertial vibration conveyor is a mechanical device that uses vibration motors or inertia exciters as the driving source to transport materials in a certain direction through vibration in the material trough. Its working principle is to use the self synchronous operation of the vibration motor to generate linear vibration in the material trough, thereby moving the animal material forward. Inertial vibration conveyor is suitable for conveying various granular materials with medium to low block size, especially performing well in high temperature and abrasion environments.

Working principle
Inertial vibration conveyor relies on the self synchronous operation of vibration motor or inertia exciter fixed on the material trough to generate linear vibration of the material trough. The vibration motor or inertia exciter generates vibration force through the rotation of an eccentric block, causing relative motion between the chute and the material, thereby achieving continuous material transportation. This series of conveyors operates in the resonance zone, with stable amplitude and uniform material conveying.
