Ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen is an addition of ultrasonic wave source on the basis of the original three-dimensional rotary vibrating screen. The ultrasonic wave source converts ordinary electrical energy into high-frequency electrical energy, inputs it into an ultrasonic transducer, and converts it into high-frequency mechanical vibration, thereby achieving the purpose of efficient screening and net cleaning. This system introduces a low amplitude, high-frequency ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the traditional vibrating screen to improve the screening performance of ultrafine powders, keeping the material on the screen surface in a suspended state, thereby suppressing factors such as adhesion, friction, flattening, and molding, and solving screening problems such as strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, high precision, high density, and light density. Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a device that converts 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electrical energy into 36KHz mechanical vibration through an ultrasonic transducer. The generated ultrasonic waves cause the screen mesh to vibrate at high frequencies, with a frequency of up to 36000 times per second. The material on the screen mesh undergoes low-frequency rotary vibration motion, which is combined with ultrasonic vibration to prevent mesh blockage and improve the output and quality of the screening machine. This achieves the goal of efficient screening and cleaning, making ultrafine powder screening easy. Product Structure
The ultrasonic vibrating screen is mainly composed of a base, a vibration motor, a screen mesh, a screen frame, an ultrasonic system, and other structures.
The base is located at the bottom, supporting and fixing the entire ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen body. The vibration motor is the main power source for mechanical operation, and the screen frame and mesh are the main contact tools for screening materials. The ultrasonic system consists of ultrasonic transducers, ultrasonic grids, and ultrasonic generators. The ultrasonic screening system is the key to upgrading the screening effect.
