Working principle
The hammer crusher uses a rapidly rotating hammer head to impact and crush materials. After entering the machine, the material is crushed by the high-speed rotating hammer head impact. The material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer and impacts the inner wall of the casing at high speed, resulting in a second crushing. Materials with qualified particle size are discharged through grates, while larger materials continue to be impacted or ground by hammers until they are qualified.
