Product Introduction
Hammer crusher is a commonly used crushing equipment, mainly used to crush large materials into smaller particles, widely used in industries such as cement, chemical, coal, etc. Its working principle is to achieve the required particle size by using a high-speed rotating hammer to impact and crush the material.
Product Features
1. Simple structure: The hammer crusher has a relatively simple structure and is easy to operate and maintain.
2. Large crushing ratio: The crushing ratio of a hammer crusher is usually 10-25, even up to 50, which means it can crush large materials to smaller particle sizes at once, reducing the need for multi-stage crushing and improving production efficiency.
3. High production capacity: Depending on different models and specifications, the production capacity of hammer crushers can range from tens to hundreds of tons per hour.
4. Uniform particle size of the product: Due to the design characteristics of the hammer crusher, it can produce products with relatively uniform particle size, reducing the occurrence of excessive crushing.
5. Low energy consumption: Compared with other types of crushers, hammer crushers consume less energy during the crushing process, which helps to reduce production costs.
6. Strong adaptability: The hammer crusher can adapt to the crushing of various materials, including but not limited to basalt, limestone, river pebbles, cement clinker, quartz, iron ore, etc.
7. Environmentally friendly: Modern hammer crushers pay more attention to environmental protection in their design, such as reducing dust emissions through improved sealing systems and adopting sound insulation measures to reduce noise pollution.
Working principle
The hammer crusher uses a rapidly rotating hammer head to impact and crush materials. After entering the machine, the material is crushed by the high-speed rotating hammer head impact. The material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer and impacts the inner wall of the casing at high speed, resulting in a second crushing. Materials with qualified particle size are discharged through grates, while larger materials continue to be impacted or ground by hammers until they are qualified.
Application scenarios
Hammer crusher is suitable for crushing brittle, medium hard, and low moisture materials. It is mainly used in the cement production process to crush large raw materials (such as limestone) into smaller particles. In addition, hammer crushers are widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, and coal.
