Product Introduction
The large banana sieve, also known as the equal thickness sieve, is named after its appearance resembling a banana. It perfectly combines the advantages of circular motion sieve and linear motion sieve. The large banana sieve is mainly composed of a box type exciter, a sieve box, a damping spring, a support, and a driving device, and the operating amplitude trajectory is a straight line. The large scale adopts a zigzag screen surface design composed of multiple continuous angles, with a large inclination angle at the feeding end of the screen surface, which can enable rapid movement and layering of materials, and is conducive to easy screening of materials. As the inclination angle of the screen surface near the discharge end decreases, the flow rate of the material decreases, increasing the probability of material passing through the screen and improving the screening efficiency. Banana sieves are mainly used in dry or wet classification, desliming, and media removal processes. The large banana sieve is equipped with two gearbox type exciters, which use the principle of forced synchronization to make the sieve body perform reciprocating linear motion. The banana sieve drives the sieve surface to vibrate synchronously under the action of excitation force, transmitting the force to the material on the sieve. The impact material is thrown up on the sieve surface for layering and graded according to the specified particle size.
Product Features
1. Applying the principle of equal thickness screening, different vibration parameters, number of segments, and inclination angle of the screen surface are adopted for different material characteristics. The inclination angle of the screen surface is too gentle, and the number of segments of the screen surface is 4-7, which can ensure the best screening process effect. Simultaneously, a gentle inclination angle and a larger number of segments are beneficial for improving the lifespan of the screen surface.
2. Vibrator: Adopting the world's advanced JR type box vibrator, with splash lubrication and built-in lubricating oil channels in the box to ensure sufficient lubrication of the bearings. The gears are high-precision helical gears, and the bearings are special bearings for vibration equipment. The oil drain plug is magnetic, and the external organic plastic transparent oil gauge can easily observe the oil level. Special measures are taken to ensure comfortable operation of the bearings and gears. The vibrator noise is less than 75 decibels, and the bearing temperature is less than 50 degrees.
3. The exciter beam adopts a three I-shaped beam structure, which overcomes the problem of poor stress in the middle of the square beam. It is equipped with reinforced rib plates, which have high rigidity, light weight, and stress relief treatment after welding.Technical parameter
