1. The heavy-duty plate feeder can be installed in a horizontal or inclined position, with a maximum installation angle of 15 °. The bed height of the conveyed material remains constant, ensuring equal flow of material during further processing while reducing the length of the baffle feeder and maintaining low investment costs.
2. The towing chain of the heavy-duty plate feeder adopts standard dry track chains produced by professional manufacturers, which do not require lubrication, have high tensile strength, and are easy to install and maintain.
3. The heavy-duty plate feeding machine can be driven by planetary reducer combination, right angle shaft reducer combination and other combinations according to the needs of different users. The driving device adopts an integral suspension, single point floating structure, and the tooth diameter matching is not affected by the basic accuracy, which can greatly reduce the radial installation size of the plate feeder.
