    According to different design principles, feeders can be divided into many different types, such as vibrating feeders, plate feeders, trough feeders, and so on. Among them, vibrating feeders can be divided into many different models, and these different feeders have many different performance characteristics in the application process.
    The SV vibrating feeder is driven by a motor to rotate two eccentric shafts, generating a huge combined linear excitation force, which forces the machine body to vibrate forcibly on the supporting spring. The material is then driven by this vibration to slide and throw on the material chute, thereby moving the material forward and achieving the feeding purpose.
    Another important function of this device is to have a screening effect. When the material passes through the sieve strip on the tank, smaller materials can fall through the gap between the sieve strips without going through the next crushing process, achieving the screening effect. The SV series vibrating feeder is a type of linear vibrating feeder that can continuously and uniformly feed coarse crushers, and also perform coarse screening on materials. In work, this equipment has the characteristics of stable vibration and reliable operation, and can be widely used in industries such as mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy, water conservancy and hydropower, mining, etc.

    8. The two shafts each have independent lubrication systems to avoid frequent oiling and improve the service life of the bearings.
